Operational Update During Covid-19 Restrictions


I hope you and your colleagues are well and managing through this difficult time.

I’m keen to let you know, on behalf of the team at Agile Networks, that it’s business as usual for us.

We continue to accept and process orders, to operate goods inwards/outwards and provide a combination of office-based and remote support through our Network Operations Centre.  Support tickets are being handled in the normal way with the standard of SLA that you’ve come to expect from the Agile team.

We have a small number of individuals manning the office at any one time.  All guidelines with respect to physical distancing and other precautions are in force, in line with advice from the government and public health authorities.

Our commercial team is also working hard, and using this opportunity to engage in a virtual capacity with our customers to address any challenges or issues they have.

We’ll all be faced with challenging circumstances in the weeks and months ahead.  If there’s anything we can do to ease the pressure, please reach out to us and let us know.
